Spiritual Attunement

Spiritual attunements are one of the most wonderful aspects of life yet to be fully understood. They can attune to the healees energy system; or even help someone become a healer. Whilst the end result is usually positive, it Is Important to understand the potential negatives of dealing with this type of healing energy. The following article describes certain aspects of how spiritual attunements can be used including some of the major up and down sides. Spiritual attunement can be used:

(A) As part of the healing process:

  • I feel that we often need to raise vibrational rates higher for a particular healee in order for them to
  • 1. release their energy blocks
  • 2. free their spiritual self-healing ability within
  • 3. enable them to see that God exists
  • 4. give love to the spiritual, mental and emotional bodies where Love may have previously been lost
  • 5. show that where there is life, there is hope.

(B) In the Reiki process to enable students to heal or teach:

The previous points 1-4 apply. However, there Is an added Issue. When teaching Reiki to a student who wishes to teach, the Reiki Master must ensure that the student can accept the spiritual attunement in a loving way. Energy can be used for good or bad . If a student is not on the right-hand path, they could potentially use the high spiritual energy for negative ends. The Reiki Master therefore must.

  • 1. Ensure that students wishing to teach are already within the Healing Light, or sincerely wishing to tread a Healing Light path.
  • 2. Teach and attune the student in such a way that the spiritually good energy will overcome any spiritually bad energy within the student.

(C) Inappropriate Spiritual attunement to attune absolutely to the spiritual, means raising the vibrational rate within the healees to over 7,200 cycles per second (instead of their normal 250-2,500 cycles per second). It Is possible that, with some very sick and weak healees, a spiritual attunement may raise the vibration too high, too fast, too soon. This may result in a negative reaction such as fear of being cured; or such a severe healing crisis that the healee feels worse than ever for a very, very long time.

(D) Appropriate Spiritual Attunement:

In order that attunements are healing, the Reiki healer or teacher must.

  • 1. Attune him/herself to the healees energy body. Attuning to the vibrational rate of the healee, ensures that the vibration rate is raised to an appropriate level for the healee.
  • 2. This also helps to inform the guides, angelic beings, Ascended Masters etc of the healees vibration rate so that they can raise it just enough to be of relevant healing benefit.
  • 3. Release his/her ego from the healing process.
